At Ferme Éco des Champs, our workshop takes place in a real bus transformed into a ceramic painting studio in Aylmer.

There is no mandatory model to reproduce.
A child can choose very bright colors.
Another might prefer a few small patterns.
Some will fill their room with drawings, while others will choose something much simpler.
That's precisely what makes the activity interesting: everyone participates in the same experience, but no two creations are alike.
1 hour 30 minutes to paint at a leisurely pace
The party includes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of ceramic painting .
This gives the children time to:
discover their room;
choose their colours;
begin their creation;
add patterns and details;
take their time to finish.
You don't need to know how to draw or have any prior experience with ceramics.
How does the workshop work?
Upon arrival, we present the instructions and explain how to use the paints and equipment.
The children can then begin their creation.
The activity is not a guided course or an activity continuously supervised by a member of our team.
The accompanying adults remain responsible for the children during the workshop and can help them if needed.
For our part, we prepare the equipment before your arrival and we take care of the cleaning after the activity.
A true ceramic piece to keep
Unlike a craft project that sometimes ends up forgotten in a drawer, here the children create a real ceramic object.
Depending on the chosen option, it could be, for example, a cup or a small selected item.
After the painting, the creations remain with us.
We then take care of the finishing and firing in our ceramic kiln.
Why do the colors change after baking?
This is a particularly fun part of the experience.
When painting, some colors may appear paler or different from the final result.
After cooking, they transform and take on their final appearance.
The children therefore discover their creation a second time when they come to collect it.
A lasting memory of the party
Each guest eventually gets to keep the piece they themselves created .
A mug can be used for hot chocolate, become a pencil holder, or simply remain a souvenir of that day spent with friends.
This can also be a good alternative to traditional small party gifts.

Our studio is located in a real bus transformed into a creative workshop.
The children sit down at the tables, choose their paints and enjoy their activity in a space entirely dedicated to creation.
Our bus can accommodate up to 15 painters at a time .

The Ceramic Party package is dedicated to the activity of painting on ceramics.
It does not include a space for serving cake or food.
This formula is therefore ideal for parents who are primarily looking for a creative 1.5-hour birthday activity that is easy to organize.
